For your first class, you don’t need to worry about any special gear — just come in an athletic t-shirt and shorts, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you already have equipment — feel free to bring it!
Muay Thai: gloves, shinguards, mouthguard, athletic shorts
Wrestling: wrestling shoes
MMA: gloves, shinguards, mouthguard
BJJ: gi (kimono) and rushguard
